Return & Refund

Policy We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery your item to you to request a product return to get a refund. To be eligible for a return, product must be in the same condition that you received it - no damaged, unused, with original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at wargamingprinting@gmail.com. The product return request should include complete records: - Order number -Reason for return - Photo of damaged product (if applicable) - Photo of box with visible shiping label (if applicable) If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Your return shipping costs will be refunded 100% as soon as you send us your receipt. Items send back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at -  wargamingprinting@gmail.com

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If will be approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method plus your return shiping cost. Please remember it can take some time before you get your refund.

Damages and issues

Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right.
