The model will ship unpainted and unprimed. In order to ensure safe shipping, it is also not assembled. However, assembly of all our buildings is extremely easy.

While there may be some minor imperfections in the product due to the inherent nature of 3D printing, we will not send to you any piece that we would not be happy with ourselves.

We carefully package everything that we ship, we use bubble wrap and packing peanuts but sometimes the carriers aren't kind in their handling of parcels. If any product arrives damaged, we will replace it or send a small gift in the next order for free.
